Delegate Toney moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 7, line 14, after the word “that” by inserting the words “is manufactured in the State of West Virginia and”

And

On page 1, section 7, line 16, by striking the words “that is manufactured within the State of West Virginia,”

And

On page 2, section 7, line 21, after the word “buses;” by inserting the words “Provided further, that any county receiving an additional 10 percent allowance as of June 30, 2023, for that portion of its school bus system that uses an alternative fuel compressed natural gas, propane, or fully powered by electricity that is stored in an onboard rechargeable battery or other storage device but were not manufactured in the State of West Virginia, may continue to do so until such time that those buses are no longer actively used by the county;”.
